Help With GTA: San Andreas?

I have a few questions regarding the game, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for the Playstation 2.

1) Are there any secrets or any strategy for the little motorcycle deal where you try to get all the little red coronas (circles) and you are in this thing that is near a dam? It is in the Naval Base on the coast somewhere near Doherty. I've tried time and time again and I just can't complete it.

2) What's the deal with the car dealership across from CJ's Garage in Doherty? Can you buy it or what? It has a little blue logo in front of it, but I don't know what to do or how to make it available.

3) I killed CJ's girlfriend, Katie (don't ask) and Michelle broke up with CJ. Is there anyway to get them back or am I screwed? I tried going back to where I found them initially (the hill on the golf course and the driving school).

#1 - The motorcycle mini-game is one of the most difficult elements of San Andreas. It's required to get 100%.

Notice the lines that run on the floor of the "bowl". You can use them to line yourself up with the coronas. Line yourself up, and then backup your motorcycle (which will send you up the ramp backwards). When you can't backup any farther, slam on the gas.

That sounds like it takes a long time, but it's 100% accurate if you do it right. Do all the coronas on both long sides of the bowl. That will leave you with time left to go after the harder ones (like the ones that are impossible to line up.) I beat it this way.

#2 - You have to pass Driving School before you can buy Wang Autos. After passing the school, Cesar will give you a call, and let you know it's for sale. Wang Autos comes with its own set of missions.

#3 - It's not required to date the girlfriends for 100% in the game. I heard if you kill one of them, you have to pick them up again. Maybe they're only available at certain times at those places.
