Need string tension recommendations?
I am planning to put hybrids on my k90 and was wondering what tensions should I use. I am going to use Babolat Pro Hurricane Tours 17g for mains and NXT Tour 17g for crosses because I have half sets of both. Should I set the mains lower than the crosses so maybe the strings would not shift as much or should I go with the general rule of crosses being 2-3 lbs lower than the mains? If the mains should be lowered, how much lower than the crosses should I set it at and would it feel weird because I have always strung my crosses lower than my mains.
normally the closer the string tension or even over the max tension given is the more control you will have over the ball, and the lower the tension they more power, but less control that will go into the ball. i dont think anyone gets the tension they like on the first try, it took me a few raquest stringings to find something that fits me.
